In most cases, online listening is the most cost-effective way of hearing recordings in our Archive. We can make up to 3 items, or a total of no more than 60 minutes, available online for seven days. This audio is not able to be downloaded.
Copies of recordings are also available as electronic files (MP3) and on CD.

Recordings which are still in their original format (tape, disc etc) require special handling and preservation before they can be copied and therefore incur extra charges. For details, please see below.
Audio Requests
• Preserved and digitised audio - $60.00 + GST per hour of audio
• Unpreserved and non-digitised audio - $150.00 + GST per hour of audio
• Minimum audio charges and audio processing fees also apply
Research Enquiries
• Our archivists will assist you with your inquiry free of charge for the first half-hour
• Thereafter, $30.00 + GST per half hour
Media
• Electronic file transfer $5.00+ GST per item
• CD-R $7.50 + GST each
• Online listening (maximum of three, non-downloadable items up to a total of 60 minutes duration)
Freight
• Local Postage & Packaging - $2.50 per order
(two CD-Rs per order)
• International Postage & Packaging - $8.00 per order
(two CD-Rs per order)
• Courier (local only) $5.00 per order

Printing
• $0.25 + GST per A4 page
Urgent Orders
• Material required in less than 7 working days may be subject to an urgent fee of $100.00 + GST (maximum three items)
Post Production
• Audio post-production work is charged at a rate of $75 + GST per hour
